Your order is very important to us.  We take pride in the fact that all of our desk sets are handcrafted out of the finest materials and we want you to be pleased with the choices you have made.  Due to the variations which you have to choose from, ie. border, color etc. we sometimes need a day or two to add the elements you requested.  Therefore, we will ship your order within 1-4 business days. Please allow extra time for custom orders.  We ship UPS ground or 2nd day air (Alaska and Hawaii are 2nd day air only).
